Beaufort Private Equity
Beaufort Private Equity provides direct equity investment opportunities in fast growing privately held companies and a mix of bonds and loan notes combining above market returns with strong asset-backed security.
The Beaufort portfolio consists of no more than a handful of carefully selected opportunities with whom the company builds long term, strategic relationships. It is typical that they will undertake several capital raises over a number of years as the company grows. Often, Beaufort’s members will be the last private investors to participate ahead of the first institutional round which also means they can experience an accelerated exit through IPO or trade sale.
As at December 2023 the companies in the Beaufort portfolio have seen increases in enterprise value of between 66% and 1000% though returns are not guaranteed and past performance is not an indicator of expected future results.
