Wilfred Frost

Wilfred Frost is the presenter of Sky News Today with Wilfred Frost (10am M-F), and a contributor for NBC News, CNBC and MSNBC. Until 2022 he was the anchor of CNBC’s flagship show, Closing Bell, which airs daily from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange.

Having worked in finance for five years as a fund manager at Newton Investment Management, he entered the world of broadcast journalism in 2014, joining CNBC initially in London before moving to New York in December 2015. He has interviewed leading US politicians from Mike Pence to Janet Yellen, five former UK Prime Ministers, business leaders from Satya Nadella to Jamie Dimon to Jane Fraser, sports stars from Emma Raducanu to Usain Bolt, and artists including Andrew Lloyd Webber, Dwain Johnson and Elle Macpherson.

Behind the camera, he is CEO of Paradine Productions, one of the first independent production companies in the UK, founded by his father in the 1960s, and home to THE FROST TAPES podcast, which he produced and presented. He founded the Miles Frost Fund in partnership with the British Heart Foundation in 2016 which raised and deployed £1.5m to reduce unnecessary deaths from inherited heart conditions in the UK.
