Callum is Head of Commodities at Investec and Chair of its Sustainable Business Forum. He joined the bank in 2012 to establish a commodity hedging capability to help Investec’s clients manage their commodity exposures. Prior to working at Investec he worked in Commodity Structuring at Nomura and Lehman Brothers. He has been working in the financial services industry since 1999. He graduated from the University of Cambridge with an MA in Computer Science.
Adam Sierakowski

Adam is a seasoned lawyer and founding director of Palisade Corporate and Trident Capital. With a focus on corporate transactions, he has successfully navigated the landscape from private entities to listed public companies. Adam’s expertise lies in capital raising, ASX transactions, and developing assets and corporate structures for major companies both in Australia and overseas. With over 21 years of experience in the legal field, he has also held director positions in ASX listed companies, further demonstrating his deep understanding of the industry.
Jeremy Asher BSc (Econ), MBA, MEI

Jeremy is Chairman and CEO of Tower Resources plc, and he is also Chairman of Agile Energy Limited, a privately held energy investment company, and Senior Independent Director at Block Energy Limited, an AIM-listed exploration and production company with operations in the Republic of Georgia. Until November 2018 he also served as a Director of NYSE-listed Pacific Drilling SA, where he chaired the Remuneration Committee and was a member of the Restructuring Committee. He has also served as Deputy Chairman of LSE-listed Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd (until June 2014) and TASE-listed Oil Refineries Ltd (until December 2014). Following several years as a management consultant, he ran the global oil products trading business at Glencore AG and then acquired, developed and sold the 275,000 b/d Beta oil refinery at Wilhelmshaven in Germany. Between 1998 and 2001 he was CEO of PA Consulting Group, and since that time has been an investor and director in various public and private companies.
Andy Carroll, BA, MA
CEO and Executive Director
Particular expertise in oil and gas, taking companies from permit applications and initial exploration operations, through to development, production and marketing.
Extensive Board and management experience in energy sector in the UK, Canada PNG and Australia.
A mechanical engineer by background, Andy has spent his career in the oil industry, initially with BP. He is also founder and Managing Director of Australasian Energy Pty Ltd and founder and former Chairman of ASX listed High Peak Royalties Ltd.
Technical Director of Mosman Oil & Gas upon IPO and appointed CEO in October 2023.
